Pesto Turkey Panini

Hearty grilled sandwich filled with turkey, spinach, pine nuts and provolone cheese.

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and pesto until well blended.

  2. Spread evenly onto bread slices. Sprinkle 1 of the bread slices with pine nuts. Top with cheese, turkey and spinach. Cover with remaining bread slice, mayonnaise-side down.

  3. Spray outside of sandwich evenly with cooking spray.

  4. Preheat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 3 minutes on each side, or until sandwich is golden brown and cheese is melted.
