Grilled Chicken and Apple Salad
Raspberry vinaigrette dressing drizzled over an apple, celery, cranberry, pecan and chicken salad.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (10 ounces) torn romaine lettuce

- 2 medium apples, chopped
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Divide lettuce evenly among 4 serving plates. Top with chicken, apples, celery, cranberries and pecans.
Drizzle each salad with 2 tablespoons dressing just before serving.
