Turkey Teriyaki Stir-fry
Quick stir-fry featuring fully cooked turkey strips and frozen vegetables in a teriyaki sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- No-stick cooking spray

- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
Directions
Combine broth and cornstarch until blended. Stir in teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. Set aside.
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium-high heat 1 minute or until hot. Add turkey strips and frozen vegetables. Cook and stir 6 minutes, or until vegetables are hot and crisp-tender.
Stir in teriyaki sauce mixture. Cook and stir until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
