Cranberry, Orange and Apricot Salsa

Zesty salsa made with fresh cranberries, oranges, dried apricots, onion, honey, lime and cilantro

  1. Peel, section and cut oranges into 1/2 inch chunks.

  2. Combine cranberries and honey in large bowl; mix lightly. Add oranges, onion (about 1/2 cup), apricots, cilantro, seeded jalapenos and lime juice; toss gently. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.

  3. Serve with roasted or grilled Butterball Turkey. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
