Turkey Philly Panini

Your family will love this grilled sandwich with turkey, sauteed veggies and provolone cheese

  1. Preheat covered countertop grill.

  2. Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions, mushrooms and peppers. Cook and stir 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

  3. Cover 4 of the bread slices with cheese, turkey and vegetable mixture. Top with remaining bread slices. Spray outsides of sandwiches evenly with cooking spray.

  4. Grill 3-1/2 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
