Turkey Philly Panini
Your family will love this grilled sandwich with turkey, sauteed veggies and provolone cheese
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium thinly sliced onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 8 slices crusty Italian bread
- 4 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese
- 8 slices ButterballĀ® Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- No-stick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat covered countertop grill.
Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions, mushrooms and peppers. Cook and stir 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Cover 4 of the bread slices with cheese, turkey and vegetable mixture. Top with remaining bread slices. Spray outsides of sandwiches evenly with cooking spray.
Grill 3-1/2 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
