The Best Turkey, Turkey Chili

A richly flavored, spicy chili made with both Butterball Ground Turkey and Smoked Turkey Sausage

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in stockpot about 1 minute. Add ground turkey, onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook and stir about 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in seasonings.

  2. Stir in turkey sausage, black beans, salsa and canned tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
