Patio-Style Turkey Filets with Fresh Black Bean Salsa
Turkey filets seasoned with Mexican spices and grilled. Served with a fresh black bean salsa.
Ingredients
- No-stick cooking spray
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (11 ounces) Mexican-style corn, drained
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons lime juice
- 4 teaspoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon Mexican seasoning blend
Directions
Spray cooking grates with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium direct heat cooking.
Combine black beans, corn, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro and garlic in large bowl. Pour lime juice and olive oil into bowl; stir to blend. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
Sprinkle seasoning blend on both sides of filets.
Cook filets 5 to 7 minutes per side or until meat is no longer pink, turning two to three times for even cooking and browning. Serve with black bean salsa.
