Thai Stir Fry

Turkey breast strips, peppers and sliced green onions, stir fried in a slightly sweet and spicy sauce.

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.

  2. Cook turkey strips about 6 minutes or until golden, and no longer pink inside.

  3. Add bell peppers, green onion, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar and red pepper flakes to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 4 minutes longer.
