Honey Chicken Spinach Salad
Spinach salad with chicken, snow peas, mandarin oranges and almonds in a honey mustard dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach leaves
- 2 packages (6 ounces each) ButterballĀ® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Strips
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup (about 3 ounces) fresh snow peas, blanched, trimmed
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
Directions
Divide spinach evenly among 4 serving plates; top with chicken, oranges, snow peas, bell peppers and almonds.
Drizzle each salad with 2 tablespoons dressing just before serving.
