Turkey Pizzadillas
Turkey, pepperoni, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese grilled inside a flour tortilla.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounce) pizza sauce
- 1 package ButterballĀ® Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1 ounce sliced pepperoni
- 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- No-stick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat grill on medium direct heat.
Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on each tortilla.
Top each tortilla with 1/4 of the turkey breast slices, pepperoni and cheese. Fold tortilla in half. Coat both sides of tortilla with grilling spray.
Grill 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
Heat remaining pizza sauce. Cut each pizzadilla into 3 wedges. Serve with pizza sauce.
