Southwest Chicken Salad
Romaine salad layered with tortilla chips, zesty salsa and beans, topped with Cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 package (10 ounces) torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup broken Tortilla chips
- 1 package (10 ounces) ButterballĀ® Southwest Chicken Breast Strips
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix salsa and beans in small bowl until well blended; set aside.
Divide lettuce evenly among 4 serving plates; top with layers of tortilla chips, salsa mixture and chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese.
