Southwest Seasoned Filets with Avocado Salsa

Turkey filets seasoned with garlic and cumin, grilled and topped with avocado salsa

  1. Combine garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix well. Rub mixture evenly on one side of each filet; let stand 15 minutes.

  2. Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium direct heat.

  3. Combine avocado, cucumber and picante sauce in medium bowl. Grill filets 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the centers and meat thermometer inserted in centers reaches 165°F. Serve with salsa.
