Tasty Lettuce Cups
Colorful Asian inspired Butterball Ground Turkey mixture tops lettuce leaves for a crisp easy to make appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup minced water chestnuts

- 1/3 cup Kikkoman Hoisin Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 16 leaves butter lettuce, (about 2 heads)
Directions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add red bell peppers and water chestnuts. Cook and stir until pepper is soft, about 3 minutes.
Add ground turkey to the pan. Cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in hoison sauce, soy sauce, garlic and sherry; heat through.
Serve in a bowl alongide the lettuce leaves. Use lettuce leaves for wrapping. Makes 16 appetizers.
