Tasty Lettuce Cups

Colorful Asian inspired Butterball Ground Turkey mixture tops lettuce leaves for a crisp easy to make appetizer.

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add red bell peppers and water chestnuts. Cook and stir until pepper is soft, about 3 minutes.

  2. Add ground turkey to the pan. Cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in hoison sauce, soy sauce, garlic and sherry; heat through.

  3. Serve in a bowl alongide the lettuce leaves. Use lettuce leaves for wrapping. Makes 16 appetizers.
