Bacon and Egg Crepes

Ingredients

1 teaspoon butter

2 eggs

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme

2 prepared crepes

2 slices BUTTERBALL® All-Natural Turkey Bacon, cooked

2 teaspoons maple syrup

Directions

  • 1.
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Whisk eggs, salt, pepper and thyme in medium bowl. Add to skillet; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until eggs are softly set, stirring and folding occasionally.
  • 2.
    Divide egg mixture between crepes. Top with bacon and drizzle with syrup. Fold up crepes; serve immediately.
