Stuffed Turkey Pitas with Cranberry Mustard and Blue Cheese
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoon coarse-grain mustard
1 cup chopped leftover cooked BUTTERBALL® Turkey
4 each pita breads
4 cup packed spring greens
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 ounce crumbled blue cheese
- 1.Combine cranberry sauce and mustard in small bowl; mix well.Add turkey; mix well.
- 2.Fill each pita half with equal amounts greens, turkey mixture, onion and blue cheese.
