Nonstick cooking spray
6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 pound BUTTERBALL® Fresh Ground Turkey
1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup canned refried beans, heated
1 medium ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup shredded Mexican Blend cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
⅓ cup sour cream
- 1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 2.Meanwhile, brown turkey in medium skillet on medium heat, stirring occasionally; drain. Return to skillet. Stir in taco seasoning and ½ cup water; cook according to package directions.
- 3.Divide and spread beans evenly over baked tortillas. Cover beans with cooked turkey mixture, avocados, tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. Top with green onions and sour cream.
